These Terms and Conditions govern the admission, training, services, facilities, and website usage of Jassi Sports, Athletic & Defence Academy. By enrolling in the academy or accessing its services, students, parents, and visitors agree to comply with the following terms.
1. Admission Policy
Admission to the academy is strictly based on eligibility criteria, physical fitness assessment, age requirements, and availability of seats. The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason. Submission of false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of admission.
2. Training Scope and Nature
The academy provides professional coaching in sports, athletics, physical fitness, and defence-related physical preparation. Training programs are designed for skill development, fitness improvement, and discipline building. However, the academy does not guarantee selection in any government recruitment, competition, or defence service.
3. Fees and Payment Policy
- All fees must be paid in advance as per the prescribed schedule.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Delay in fee payment may result in suspension of training services.
- The academy reserves the right to revise the fee structure with prior notice.
4. Health, Fitness, and Medical Responsibility
Students must declare their medical history truthfully before joining. The academy is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health complication arising during training. Participation in physical activities is entirely at the student’s own risk. In case of emergency, first aid may be provided, but further medical expenses shall be borne by the student or guardian.
5. Code of Conduct and Discipline
All students are expected to:
- Follow instructions given by coaches and staff
- Maintain punctuality and discipline
- Show respect toward coaches, fellow trainees, and academy property
- Refrain from abusive language, violence, or misconduct
Use of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited. Violation of discipline may lead to suspension or permanent expulsion without fee refund.
6. Attendance and Performance
Regular attendance is mandatory. Students failing to maintain required attendance or performance standards may be removed from training programs. Absence due to personal reasons does not entitle students to fee adjustment or extra classes.
7. Safety and Liability
While the academy takes reasonable precautions to ensure safety, it shall not be held liable for:
- Accidental injuries
- Loss of personal belongings
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Students are advised not to bring valuable items to the training premises.
8. Use of Academy Property
All equipment, grounds, and facilities must be used responsibly. Any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence shall be recovered from the student.
9. Photography and Media Usage
The academy may use photographs or videos of training sessions, events, or students for promotional or educational purposes unless explicitly objected to in writing.
10. Website Usage
Content available on the academy website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
11. Modification of Terms
The academy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication.
12. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India only.
